Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Saviynt Certification Support Specialist to help administer, execute, and troubleshoot access certification campaigns on the Saviynt platform. You will partner with application owners, auditors, and IAM teams to ensure campaigns run accurately and on schedule.

The role requires hands-on certification experience, strong operational discipline, and a focus on reporting, remediation, and governance activities to maintain campaign integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of total experience with Saviynt or similar IAM certification/attestation processes.
• Strong understanding of access certification concepts, review workflows, remediation, and governance controls.
• Experience supporting operational issue resolution, defect tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of Saviynt certification campaigns, including setup validation, launch support, monitoring, and closure.
• Support client specific access certification requirements including manual data collection and validation.
• Assist with campaign configuration checks such as scope, reviewers, entitlements, deadlines, escalations, and approval rules.
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify issues related to access visibility, reviewer assignment, notification delivery, and remediation flows.
• Investigate and resolve certification defects, exceptions, and user-reported issues in coordination with IAM and application support teams.
• Track and manage remediation actions, campaign exceptions, and unresolved access reviews through closure.
• Support reporting needs by preparing campaign status updates, metrics, exception logs, and audit evidence.
• Coordinate with business users, application owners, and vendors to resolve dependencies and ensure timely certification completion.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support procedures for certification operations.
• Participate in production support and governance activities related to certification cycles and control effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve certification quality, efficiency, and user experience.
