Job summary

Indigrators is seeking a Saviynt IAM Support Engineer with 1–5 years of IAM and production support experience. You will handle L2/L3 production support for Saviynt IAM applications, monitor incidents, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve access issues.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on Saviynt (EIC preferred), solid IAM concepts, provisioning and governance knowledge, and basic SQL for troubleshooting. Knowledge of ServiceNow, AD/LDAP, and ITIL processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Saviynt IAM applications and services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and access-related issues.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Support identity governance and access management processes.
• Handle escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Participate in change management and release support activities.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.

We are seeking a skilled Saviynt IAM Support Engineer with 1–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and production support environments. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Saviynt, preferably Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), and possess strong troubleshooting, incident management, and access governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Saviynt IAM applications and services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and access‑related issues.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Support identity governance and access management processes.
• Handle escalations and ensure adherence to defined SLA commitments.
• Participate in change management and release support activities.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Must‑Have Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of access certification and compliance processes.
• Exposure to Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant IAM or Saviynt certifications will be an added advantage.
