Position
Xalient is pleased to announce the acquisition of Integral Partners LLC, a US-based digital identity consulting and advisory firm with over a decade of experience focused exclusively on IAM. The combination of these two dynamic organizations will accelerate future growth for Xalient, in response to the growing demand for specialist providers who can deliver rapid, customer-centric solutions across the security landscape.
About the role
A Saviynt Architect will be responsible for leading, managing, innovating, and delivering all aspects of complex Identity Governance & Administration projects including the following:
- Gather and analyze enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and business process requirements and lead others in performing these activities.
- Drive delivery of quality access provisioning and governance functional specifications and use cases.
- Architect & design the implementation of Saviynt solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and specifications and outline the feasibility and implementation with Saviynt solutions, directing others in performing these activities.
- Oversee thorough traceability between requirements, use cases, technical solution design, and test cases.
- Document and maintain all plans for testing, system build, production deployment activities such as change management, go-live, vendor support model.
- Develop implementation best practices and lead others in following practices.
- Develop IGA best practices and solutions for common problems.
- Scope, plan, forecast, schedule, and staff all aspects of solution and delivery teams.
- Provide oversight and coordination of project and customer teams.
- Provide daily management of program-level risks & issues related to organizational impact and acceptance of change, regulatory controls and audit findings, identity data security, and scope/schedule/cost.
- Engage business and IT stakeholders to build consensus around IAM Program success metrics, business benefit, and support for organizational change.
Requirements
- 7+ years progressive and current work experience as a systems integrator or consultant in the Identity & Access Management security domain.
- Extensive experience with designing and implementing Saviynt Security Manager including a deep architectural understanding of its technical components.
- Experience designing and developing J2EE/Java applications with a focus on REST API and Webservices.
- Expertise in relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for communicating complex technical issues and concepts.
- Expertise developing troubleshooting processes, methodologies, and standards with Saviynt Security Manager.
- Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management domain.
- Clear understanding of traditional IGA on-prem vs Cloud managed IGA such as Saviynt Security Manager application implementation models, architectural models, features.
- Intimate understanding of LDAP technologies.
- Ability to travel to clients when needed.
Preferred Professional Experience:
- Implementation of Access Management applications and solutions.
- Implementation of any as a service model solution.
- Performance of IAM strategies and roadmaps.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or other technical field (required).
- Master’s degree in Business or other technical field (preferred).
- CISSP (Preferred).
- CCSP (Preferred).
