Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Saver Services Coordinator to handle inbound inquiries about workplace savings plans (401(k), 403(b), IRA, 529, ESA) and related products. You will resolve questions with empathy, review plan documents, and collaborate with the product team to improve the customer experience.

The role supports customers across multiple contact channels and operates in Vestwell's hybrid in-office model in Scottsdale, Austin, or King of Prussia.

Qualifications

• College degree and customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide complete, accurate responses with empathy and understanding
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
• Review plan documents and process distribution requests
• Collaborate with Vestwell team to resolve inquiries within deadlines
• Provide feedback to product team about client interactions with the platform
• Maintain quality and KPI standards and adhere to service levels
