Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
• Background in commercial, education, light industrial, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage complex schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Proficient with project management software and construction technologies.
• Local to the Savannah region or willing to operate daily within a 60-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and the field team.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, coordination, and change management.
• Drive project documentation, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld and safety practices are followed.
• Foster strong relationships built on trust, communication, and accountability.
