Job summary

Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble, MO is seeking a reliable production team member for our Sausage, Grind and Cure Production Team. This hands-on role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a growing, family-owned company.

Responsibilities include grinding meat, mixing and stuffing into casings, labeling for traceability, and maintaining a clean, courteous workspace. Monday–Friday day shift. 1+ year meat processing experience preferred; ability to lift 50+ lbs; dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year meat processing experience preferred (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Team‑oriented attitude.

Paradise Locker Meats is looking for a reliable and hardworking production team member to join our Sausage, Grind, Cure Production Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a growing, family‑owned food production company.

We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means clear expectations, strong teamwork, and accountability across the organization.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Day shift hours
• Overtime possible
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Grind meat and produce sausage products following recipes and production schedules
• Prepare products for curing using proper ingredients and processes
