Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a hardworking team and keep daily hotel operations running smoothly. You’ll supervise Room Attendants, manage safety and key control, and ensure top-notch cleanliness across all facilities.

This role combines hands-on leadership with a focus on efficiency, organization, and guest satisfaction, making you the backbone of a spotless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and training.
• Handle lost-and-found items, key control, and access to sensitive areas while prioritizing safety.

You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
