Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager for the Condiments business unit in Oak Brook, IL. This role owns the strategy and financial performance of a roughly $100M sauces category and leads cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days Tue/Wed/Thu, and a strong path for growth into future Business/General Manager roles along with exposure to strategy, finance, and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to own a P&L and drive profitable growth in a consumer-packaged goods setting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with product launches and portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Sauces category P&L in partnership with Finance.
• Develops annual and long-range plans delivering growth and innovation.
• Leads cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to launch.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to optimize inventory and service.
• Presents category insights and recommendations to retailers and foodservice partners.
• Leads Stage Gate process guidance on manufacturing feasibility and financial viability.
