Job description

Lexus of Nashville has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Saturday Service Valet. We are looking for someone that enjoys meeting people and assisting them.

PAID WEEKLY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets and welcomes clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist them to the appropriate advisor or location
  • Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
  • Installs disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
  • Inspects each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage
  • Drives vehicle through automatic car wash and light vacuuming
  • Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
  • Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No experience necessary. We are willing to train
  • Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years, with clean driving record
  • Must be at least 19 years old
