Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens with proper patient identification.
• Prepare and handle samples for analysis, ensuring integrity and safety.
• Operate Laboratory Information System and communicate with care team.
• Deliver specimens to laboratory and maintain phlebotomy trays and supplies.
• Provide patient comfort and explain procedures to patients.
