About Your Role

• Greet customers professionally at the cashier window.
• Compute customer bills accurately.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments; record transactions.
• Make change, issue receipts, and process refunds or credit memorandums.
• Reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Stay informed about new products and pricing changes.
• Assist customers with inquiries and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Reconcile gas purchase statements.
• Provide clerical support to departments as needed.
• Act as backup to the switchboard operator.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a tidy work area.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
