What Will You'll Be Doing

• Our Satisfaction Research Associate performs surveys over the phone with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers across the country.
• Accurately type their responses that are then passed on to their home care provider, who uses it to improve the care of the individuals and the jobs of their employees.
