Job summary

Boeing Satellite Systems Team in Schriever, CO is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Operations Engineer to support MILSATCOM ground systems and WGS satellites. You will work across engineering disciplines, advise on operations, and help validate procedures and software in a demanding, on-site role.

The position requires active U.S. security clearance, related engineering background, and willingness to relocate to Schriever AFB if not within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI (U.S. Citizenship required).
• 1+ year of experience for level 2, 3+ years for level 3.
• Experience in systems engineering and software quality testing.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on satellite operation and ground command and control system operations.
• Participate in technical meetings and change requests.
• Perform ground software and database testing.
• Maintain satellite operations procedures and run simulations for validation.
• Conduct satellite data trending and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers in a team environment.
