• Able to obtain and maintain required licenses/certifications (e.g., forklift, crane).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians through satellite electrical integration and test validation.
• Perform electrical test validation and battery charging for spacecraft.
• Author and update work instructions and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and launch operations teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and process compliance.
• Perform duties to maintain efficient, safe manufacturing operations.
