Job summary

Southern Star is seeking a skilled technician to install and service DISH TV, Starlink Internet, and home entertainment products. You will work with customers, upsell services, and travel to sites as needed.

A strong technical aptitude, clear background check, and ability to navigate crawl spaces and ladders up to 38 ft are essential. The position offers paid training, a company vehicle after training, 401K, generous paid time off, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work in crawl spaces and at heights.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% with lodging and per diem covered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell products and services during DISH system installations.
• Successful background check, drug screen, and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH systems and related products.
• Upsell products and services to customers during visits.
• Travel to customer sites as required (up to 20%).
• Maintain safety and operate equipment as trained.
