Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist in Redmond, Washington. You will provide essential EHS support to our satellite manufacturing teams, ensuring safe work conditions for our most valuable asset, our employees.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring wastewater systems, calibrating EHS instrumentation, and supporting environmental compliance. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and strong organizational skills. A dedication to making humanity multiplanetary is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of EHS program experience.
• Experience with wastewater systems and sampling.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wastewater and perform regular sampling.
• Execute industrial hygiene studies to analyze byproducts.
• Play an active role in emergency response planning.
