ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Scranton office as Group Manager. You will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary projects, assembling teams, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and quality standards across geotechnical and construction materials work. Strong leadership and client-relations skills are essential.

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.

• MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
