Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior RF Test System Engineer in Loveland, CO to lead the design, integration, and deployment of advanced RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers.

The role is highly autonomous and customer-facing, guiding hardware and software integration to meet mission-critical requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in RF measurements, VNA/PNA, EW and SATCOM, delivering robust test solutions for radar and satellite communication programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF test system engineering for aerospace/defense environments.
• Proven ability to design and deploy automated RF test solutions.
• Familiarity with VNA/PNA, Spectrum Analyzers and RF measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration and deployment of advanced RF test systems for aerospace/defense customers.
• Work as a technical owner across hardware and software domains to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with radar, EW, SATCOM and other defense programs to deliver mission-critical test solutions.

In this highly autonomous, customer-facing role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, integrating, and deploying advanced RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across hardware and software domains, and partnering with customers to transform requirements into innovative, mission-critical test solutions supporting Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), and other advanced aerospace and defense applications.
