ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC seeks a Senior RF Test System Engineer in Loveland, CO to design, integrate, and deploy advanced RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers.

This highly autonomous, customer-facing role leads across hardware and software domains to deliver mission-critical RF test solutions for Radar, EW, SATCOM, and other aerospace applications. Onsite role with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, integrating, and deploying RF test systems for aerospace/defense.
• Familiarity with hardware-software cross-domain collaboration and customer-facing delivery.
• Strong knowledge of RF measurement techniques and test equipment.
