Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space seeks a dedicated Systems Engineer to support MILSATCOM EHF and COOLR sustainment. You will manage the DOORS repository, coordinate changes with Agile teams, and assist with release planning to keep space assets reliable and mission-ready.

In this role, you’ll support SE&I, maintain Jira/Hive metrics, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives while ensuring traceability and baselining processes across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of professional experience.
• Hands-on IBM Rational DOORS experience.
• Active and current US Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IBM Rational DOORS repository for COOLR and plan changes.
• Coordinate releases with Agile teams and support planning.
• Provide SE&I support to the release owner and SMEs.
• Maintain Jira/Hive reports, metrics and agile linkages.
• Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Write and maintain program processing procedures.
