Job summary

Monroe County Schools seeks an Academic SAT Site Coordinator for PMS to support SAT referrals, scheduling, and monitoring of the SAT process. The role involves coordinating with teachers and administrators to minimize disruption and ensuring follow-up on referrals and activities.

The successful candidate will have a WV teaching certificate and experience with SAT processes; knowledge of MTSS is a plus and quarterly reports are required. Position is contracted hourly for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Valid WV Teaching Certificate.
• Experience with SAT processes preferred.
• Knowledge of MTSS processes and ability to communicate with SAT team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, scheduling, conducting and following up on SAT referrals and the SAT process.
• Coordinate SAT meetings with teachers and administration to minimize instructional disruption.
• Report quarterly activity results to the Monroe County Director of Special Education.
• Support the supervisor and designee in related duties.
