Job summary

The Princeton Review in New York, NY is looking for part-time SAT instructors to teach test-prep skills and strategies to help students gain admission to their dream schools. You will lead engaging sessions, adapt to student needs, and support learners through the curriculum with superior training.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or in progress, strong presentation and communication skills, availability for weekday daytimes and some evenings/weekends, willingness to teach online and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one.
• Confident and engaging discussion leader.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Availability for program schedules: usually weekday daytimes, sometimes evenings/weekends.
• Interest in teaching both online and in-person.
• Expected to work in-person programs when requested.
• Applicants must pass a qualifying exam.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and computer in a reliably quiet location.
• Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, adapting to students’ needs and keeping them engaged with the material
• Motivate your students through a results oriented, time-tested Princeton Review curriculum in order to build stronger, more confident learners
• Model professionalism and accountability at all times by showing up to class on time, replying to students in a timely manner, and holding students accountable for assignments
