Job summary

The Princeton Review is seeking a part-time SAT instructor to teach test-prep skills and strategies for online and in-person sessions in the United States. You’ll help students maximize their potential and gain admission to their dream schools with our training and curriculum.

Responsibilities include engaging instruction, motivating students, modeling professionalism, and creating a positive learning environment while adapting to each student’s needs and schedules, with occasional in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Availability for program schedules: usually weekday daytimes, sometimes evenings/weekends.
• Interest in teaching both online and in-person.
• Expected to work in-person programs when requested.
• Applicants must pass a qualifying exam.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and computer in a reliably quiet location.
• Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, adapting to students’ needs and keeping them engaged with the material.
• Motivate your students through a results oriented, time-tested Princeton Review curriculum in order to build stronger, more confident learners.
• Model professionalism and accountability at all times by showing up to class on time, replying to students in a timely manner, and holding students accountable for assignments.
• Create an open, safe, and positive learning environment.
