Job summary

TPAPT Chapter, Millburn, NJ seeks an SAT Math tutor for assignments with high school students in Livingston, NJ and surrounding communities. The role involves in-person tutoring, typically 60 minutes per session, with scheduling primarily between 2PM and 8PM EST on weekdays and 10AM-4PM on weekends.

The contractor position offers compensation of $50-$60 per hour, with materials provided and no marketing required, to support students preparing for the SAT Math section.

Qualifications

• 4-12 hours per week of availability.
• Earned Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching the Math section of the Digital SAT.
• Strong past test scores.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A passion for helping others learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12.
• Tutoring assignments are typically 60 minutes.
• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable.
• Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during the week and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days.
