C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to provide high-quality, in-person tutoring after school and on Saturdays in Timonium, MD. You will follow C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s curriculum to support student academic growth and success.

You will assess progress, maintain records, and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a positive learning environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a focus on strong teaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.

• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
