Candidates should hold a High School Teaching certificate or a Master's/Ph.D. in Math, with a preference for those with over three years of teaching experience.

Each year, at least one hundred Y2 Academy students received perfect scores, not only on the SAT test, but also on the SAT II, ACT, and AP tests.

Job Description

Y2 Academy is seeking part-time Math Instructors (SAT/ACT test Prep.) to work with students at our Parsippany campus. It is important that applicants are patient, can challenge students and are highly skilled, efficient and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional classroom and one on one tutoring to Y2's vibrant student body.
• Track and analyze students' progress and prepare for Lessons and Tests to meet students' needs.
• Attend regular team meetings and work closely with Program Director to meet students' academic goals.

Qualifications

• Must be High School Teacher or Masters/Ph.D. (Math Major)
• Three plus years of teaching experience is preferred.
