Y2 Academy is seeking part‑time English/Math Instructors (High School, SAT/ACT test prep) to work with students at our Parsipany location in the afternoons and weekends. Applicants should be patient, capable of challenging students, and highly skilled, efficient and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional classroom and one‑on‑one tutoring to Y2's vibrant student body.
• Track and analyze students' progress and prepare lessons and tests to meet their needs.
• Attend regular team meetings and work closely with the Program Director to achieve students' academic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong academic knowledge, motivated, versatile, dependable, dynamic with strong communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse group of students.
• Must be able to travel to our location.
• Must be an English Major.
• Three plus years of teaching experience preferred.
• SAT score above 95th percentile preferred; if not, must be ready to take a test at our location.
