Job summary

The Princeton Review is seeking an SAT instructor for a flexible, part-time role. You will teach test-prep strategies and SAT skills to help students maximize scores, with a focus on engaging delivery and student motivation.

The role supports both online and in-person formats. Ideal candidates present with strong presentation skills, responsibility, and enthusiasm for helping students gain admission to top colleges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one.
• Confident, engaging discussion leader.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Available for weekday daytimes, sometimes evenings/weekends.
• Willing to teach both online and in-person.
• Willing to work in-person programs when requested.
• Applicant must pass a qualifying exam.
• Access to reliable internet connection and quiet location.
• Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

As an SAT instructor, you will be expected to:

• Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, adapting to students’ needs and keeping them engaged with the material
• Motivate your students through a results oriented, time-tested Princeton Review curriculum in order to build stronger, more confident learners
• Model professionalism and accountability at all times by showing up to class on time, replying to students in a timely manner, and holding students accountable for assignments
• Create an open, safe, and positive learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one

• Availability for program schedules: usually weekday daytimes, sometimes evenings/weekends
• Interest in teaching both online and in-person
