Job Description:
SiSTEM is seeking a highly skilled and independent SAT Bootcamp Instructor who is well-versed in SAT test preparation and has experience working with high school students. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive SAT prep course, ensuring that students are fully prepared for all sections of the SAT exam, including Reading, Writing, and Math. The instructor must be capable of working independently and creating the course materials and lessons with minimal guidance from SiSTEM.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a complete SAT prep course, including detailed lesson plans, assignments, and practice tests for all sections of the SAT.
2. Deliver live instructor-led sessions that cover critical SAT strategies, test-taking techniques, and subject knowledge in Reading, Writing, and Math.
3. Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them master the material and improve their scores.
4. Ensure that course content is engaging, informative, and accessible to all students.
5. Track student progress and adjust course materials as needed to optimize learning.
6. Offer a final exam or capstone project to assess student readiness for the SAT.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience teaching or tutoring for the SAT exam, with a deep understanding of the test format, scoring, and strategies for success.
2. Experience in developing comprehensive test prep courses or bootcamps.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
4. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality instruction without constant supervision.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in creating course materials and assignments.
6. Comfortable teaching in an online format, with access to reliable technology (e.g., computer, internet connection, video conferencing tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A degree in education, mathematics, English, or a related field.
2. Previous experience with test prep programs and/or educational technology tools.
3. Familiarity with SAT prep materials such as official SAT practice tests and prep books.
