Keysight Technologies, Inc. is seeking a network and security engineer to manage Netskope operations, support SWG/CASB, and enable secure access across a large global enterprise.

You will troubleshoot incidents, tune CASB/DLP policies, manage Netskope client lifecycles, and collaborate with Information Security and IT on deployments and continuous improvements.

This role requires strong TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and Zero Trust expertise, along with willingness to cover a 24x7 global operation model.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent certifications/experience.
• 4–5 years of hands-on network and/or network security experience in production
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/PKI, proxy/firewall, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support critical services in a 24x7 global operations environment.

Mansioni

• Operate, support, and maintain Netskope global platform across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Escalation point for Netskope incidents; troubleshoot steering, tunnel, authentication, DNS, certificates, and application access.
