Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a network security engineer to manage Netskope SWG/CASB platforms and support a global user base. You will troubleshoot authentication, DNS, and connectivity issues and help implement policy changes and TLS inspection across devices and platforms.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with SSO, MFA, and SCIM integrations in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in network security.
• 4–5 years of hands-on network/security experience in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a 24x7 global setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, support, and maintain Keysight's Netskope platform globally.
• Troubleshoot incidents including authentication, DNS, and access issues.
• Monitor tenant health and proactively improve service availability.
• Manage policy/config changes: web filtering, TLS inspection, and DLP.
• Administer Netskope client lifecycle across Windows, macOS, and mobile.
