Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineering Analyst to support SASE and legacy Inspection Zone tools in a 24x7 CSOC environment. You will work with Cybersecurity, IT and business operations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and regulatory compliance across Duke Energy environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto SASE (Prisma Access).
• Understanding of SSE (SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DNS/SaaS security).
• Experience designing policy, traffic steering, segmentation.
• Knowledge of BGP, IPSec, NAT and SASE connectivity.
• Experience migrating to SASE from legacy proxies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation and lifecycle management of SASE solutions.
• Design and optimize cloud-delivered security controls (SWG, CASB, ZTNA).
• Provide advanced engineering support for SASE and Inspection Zone security.
• Drive security monitoring, telemetry integration, and policy enforcement.
• Ensure system hardening, high availability and resilience.
• Stay updated on global threat landscape and apply best practices.
• Improve detection/response using SASE telemetry and incident analysis.
• Report operational metrics to inform leadership.
