Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6–8 years of experience with planograms or floorplans.
• Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align on client objectives for space allocation and shelf placement; deliver presentations and recommendations for assortment and space optimization.
• Gather customer insights and competitive data to support business objectives; interpret analyses and communicate findings clearly.
• Create merchandising presentations on strategies to enhance the shopper experience; support retailer meetings and capture notes for action.
• Act as key business partner for merchandising on space planning analytics and planogram/floorplans.
• Manage spatial information workflows and analytics; make optimization recommendations.
• May lead or support a team, delegating workload to ensure timely project completion.
