Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a driven merchandiser to help shape shopper experiences. You will support retailers with merchandising, build displays, and reset shelves to drive sales across assigned locations in New Jersey.

Ideal candidates are 18+, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and customer-focused with strong teamwork and safety awareness. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Can increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling, building displays and making plan-o-gram adjustments and by suggesting and completing orders for new and out-of-stock items
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
