Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring a retail merchandiser in Dover, Delaware. You’ll help ensure products are available at retail locations by performing merchandising tasks, building displays, rotating stock, and maintaining inventory to drive sales.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the team. You will engage with store management and customers, meeting promotional goals and executing plan-o-gram updates.

• Physical ability to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Can increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling, building displays and making plan-o-gram adjustments and by suggesting and completing orders for new and out-of-stock items
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
