SAS Retail Services in Shelbyville, TN is seeking a Retail Sales and Merchandising Field Trainer to coach store teams on merchandising, product placement, and sales techniques. You will travel within your territory, conduct on-site trainings, support category resets, and help stores optimize assortment and execution.

Strong communication and time management are essential; prior merchandising and sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Available to work Monday - Friday.
• Have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel within your territory with minimal supervision.
• Previous merchandising and sales experience, comfortable with technology.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-store trainings for store teams on merchandising and product placement.
• Assist with category resets and product placement to optimise shelf execution.
• Travel within territory to provide hands-on coaching and support.
• Build trust with store staff and manage time effectively to maximize store visits.
