SAS Retail Services in Shelbyville, TN is hiring a Retail Sales and Merchandising Field Trainer. You will train store personnel in merchandising, category resets and product placement, and lead on-the-job training to develop leadership in the field.

Ideal candidates have merchandising and sales experience, strong communication and time management skills, and are comfortable with technology. Travel within the territory is expected with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Available to work Monday - Friday.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel within your territory with minimal supervision.
• Previous merchandising and sales experience, comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Train store personnel in merchandising, category resets and product placement.
• Lead on-the-job training to build leadership and field skills.
• Support and supervise field operations across the territory.
• Travel to assigned stores and maintain effective time management.
