Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in admin/ops, HR, payroll, finance, procurement, or travel coordination.
• Knowledge of HR policies, rules, and applicable laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and contracts for NRCCO programs, including five-year USDA NIFA agreements.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for national meetings/workshops and track associated expenses.
• Maintain information resources, respond promptly to inquiries, and support hiring processes.
