Job summary

Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, CA is seeking a dedicated custodian to keep common areas clean and to assist with setup and takedown of gatherings, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

The position runs Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, pays $23.00–$25.90 per hour, and includes medical insurance, HSA, FSA, dental and vision, life/AD&D, PTO, a 403(b) match, and other staff benefits. Training and growth opportunities accompany the role.

As a Custodian at Saratoga Retirement Community, you will provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces. You will get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you are making an impact on someone's life every day!

Work Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday from 1pm to 9:30pm

Compensation:

$23.00 - $25.90 / hr DOE

Must have previous carpet cleaning experience.
