The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, offering hourly compensation between $23.00 and $25.90 DOE, plus comprehensive benefits and employer-sponsored perks.

Qualifications

• Must have previous carpet cleaning experience.
• Experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Work schedule includes Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm–9:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and spontaneous cleaning for community common areas.
• Support setup and takedown of gathering spaces.
• Interact with residents daily and contribute to a clean, comfortable environment.
