Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a SAP CO lead who will drive global rollout projects, gather business requirements, and translate them into SAP CO solutions across CO-PA, PCA, CCA, and Product Costing. You will partner with FI/MM/PP/SD/PS/WM teams to ensure end-to-end integration and oversee cutover and post-go-live support.

The role requires extensive experience with global SAP templates, multi-country deployments, data migration, and stakeholder management, with a focus on Conti’s governance

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO workstream activities for global rollout projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions.
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, PCA, and CO-PA.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and period-end closing activities.
• Drive country-specific template deployment and localization requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, key users, and global process owners.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with SAP FI, MM, PP, SD, PS, and WM teams for end-to-end integration.
• Manage defects, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development objects.
• Ensure compliance with Conti's global SAP standards and governance.

Compensation at DXC

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800.
