Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture in a senior role based in New Jersey. You will drive end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations and enhancements, translating pricing strategies into scalable technical solutions while managing cross-functional teams and project deliverables.

You will lead IP module configuration, design pricing and settlement processes, and oversee SD/OTC, MM, and FI/CO integrations within S/4HANA/ECC environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience with a focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP, Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Domain expertise in industries with high-volume rebate/chargeback structures.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands-on Vistex configuration of IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.
• System Design: Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• S/4HANA & ECC Integration: Oversee integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Leadership & Project Governance: Lead onshore/offshore teams through full-lifecycle deployments; capture requirements with Sales, Finance, Procurement.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
• Support & Continuous Improvement: Root-cause analysis, debugging, and SOX/compliance-related governance.
