Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA TM consultant to support L2/L3 AMS operations. You will manage incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements across transportation planning, execution, and settlement.

Key duties include end-to-end SAP TM processes, troubleshooting SD/EWM/3PL integrations, and coordinating with CPI/Integration Suite teams within an ITIL/AMS framework. Strong focus on RCA and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP logistics experience with strong SAP TM expertise.
• Hands-on knowledge of transportation planning, freight units, tendering, execution, event management, and settlement.
• Experience with AMS/SLA-driven support, ServiceNow/Jira, and structured RCA.
• Strong understanding of TM–EWM/3PL/carrier integrations and transportation operations.
• Transportation domain experience across TL/LTL, parcel, ocean, or air is preferred.
• SAP TM certification and experience with rate management, complex charge calculation, and carrier contracts are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP TM functional consultant for L2/L3 AMS operations.
• Support end-to-end SAP TM planning, tendering, transportation execution, and freight settlement.
• Troubleshoot integration and process issues involving SD, STOs, POs, EWM, 3PLs, carriers, and FI/CO.
• Perform RCA, monitoring, interface/error handling, and batch-job support to meet SLAs.
• Configure minor enhancements such as planning profiles, charge calculation, statuses, outputs, and transportation settings.
• Support testing, releases, UAT, cutover, and production deployments within an ITIL/AMS environment.
• Collaborate with business, ABAP, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
