Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a seasoned SAP technical leader to design, build, and test SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.

You will guide the transition to Clean Core, own technical design, conduct reviews, mentor global delivery teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP S/4HANA ABAP development (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years SAP BTP tools and services (latest dev & automation stack).
• Minimum 3 years data modeling with CDS views, AMDP, OData or related.
• Minimum 3 years SAP custom development with Fiori-first, Clean Core, BTP RAP.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).
• Previous experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years' work experience) or 6 years with Associate's.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse SAP AI into development where applicable.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate across levels and geographies; travel may be required.
