Skills and Attributes for Success

• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP system capabilities, and lead requirements gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, including configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Approximately 2 years of experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core modules.
