The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen, with the ability to assimilate new knowledge.
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Ensure high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Skills And Attributes For Success

You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP system capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design solutions. You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, complete configurations, and integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with one or more SAP modules.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and project teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions.
• Ability to research client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, and technologies.
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations of core modules.

We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with a base salary range in the US from $141,200 to $258,900, and higher ranges for certain locations.
