Role and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and refine test strategies and plans tailored to SAP S/4 HANA projects, with comprehensive coverage of functional modules including O2C, EHS, P2P, and Warehouse Management, ensuring alignment with both business goals and client needs.
- Test Management: Lead all phases of the testing lifecycle including but not limited to integration, system, regression, user acceptance (UAT), and performance testing—for SAP S/4 implementations and related modules. Proficient in Test Scenario Design, Planning and Execution
- Test Automation: Hands on experience in manage test automation frameworks, promote automation adoption , and driving autonomous automation execution
- Client Relationship Management: Proficient and efficient in Cross functional coordination and collaboration
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on testing matters. Ensure client expectations are clearly defined, exceeded, and that all project deliverables align with agreed-upon quality standards.
- Driving Growth: Identify business development opportunities within existing and prospective client engagements. Proactively propose testing solutions and value-added services that support client objectives and drive growth for both the client and the organization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide test analysts, automation engineers, and UAT coordinators, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams—including experts in O2C, EHS, P2P, and Warehouse Management—as well as business users and external partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure testing excellence.
- Process Optimization: Continually assess and enhance test processes and tools, championing best practices in SAP testing and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of SAP testing experience, with at least 5 years as a Test Manager on SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- At least 3 years of Experience in leading test automation initiatives for SAP
- Proven expertise in test strategy design and execution for major SAP programs, especially within O2C, EHS, P2P, and Warehouse Management.
- Proven expertise in driving best practices for automation and increasing automation adoption
- Outstanding client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent team leadership, mentoring, analytical, and organizational skills.
