Job summary

CTG is seeking a SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end test management for large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects and related finance transformations. Local to Greensboro, NC or Atlanta, GA, with an 18-month duration.

You will develop test strategies, govern schedules, and manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, vendors, and IT. Strong leadership and executive reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading testing for large-scale enterprise finance transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA or ECC-to-S/4HANA).
• Experience in banking, financial services, or complex finance transformation environments.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test management for SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, schedules, governance, and sign-off processes.
• Lead test script development, execution, defect management, triage, reporting, and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate testing across business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, data and infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Manage multiple workstreams and blockers while driving accountability.
• Establish risk-based testing, regression testing, and test automation strategies.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and test governance materials.
• Support testing of SAP Project Systems and integrations with Ariba, Clarity, and Concur.

Location: Local to Greensboro, NC or Atlanta, GA

Duties:

• Lead end-to-end test management for large enterprise finance transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA implementations or ECC-to-S/4HANA upgrades.

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience leading testing for large‑scale enterprise finance transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or ECC-to‑S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or complex finance transformation environments.
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional business and technical teams and third‑party vendors.
• Experience supporting SAP Project Systems and integrations with enterprise applications such as Ariba, Clarity, Concur, or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise test management and defect tracking tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
