Job description

• Experience in leading technical teams on the SAP and/or Salesforce platforms
• Experience in managing patching/upgrades/releases on SAP and/or Salesforce platforms
• Technical/engineering experience in either platform preferred
• Preferred Strongly preferred experience in an Agile culture with the proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders in practice adoption and maturity.
• Strongly preferred experience leading delivery of software development efforts within the relevant technology domain or platform environment.
• The Manager Software Delivery is accountable for end-to-end delivery of technology solutions within a product-led, mission-driven Agile environment.
• This role leads software delivery teams, manages execution plans, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications, and ensures delivery outcomes align with business objectives, engineering standards, and operational expectations for the core platform.
