Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Administrator to install, configure, manage, and optimize SAP landscapes across cloud and on‑prem environments. The ideal candidate will have SAP Basis, S/4HANA, HANA DB administration, system upgrades, migrations, and high availability.

This 100% remote, full‑time W2 role is based in the United States with a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 per year. Sponsorship is limited to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years SAP Basis/Platform Administration experience.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, HA/DR, and transport management.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.
• Manage SAP HANA databases, system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
• Implement SAP cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and HA/DR solutions.
• Administer SAP transport management, performance tuning, monitoring, and security patches.
• Develop automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Troubleshoot production issues, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Basis, HANA, or S/4HANA certifications.
• Experience with SAP RISE/Grow, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience supporting regulated environments (SOX, GxP, PCI).
